Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to swarmone.ai and related SwarmOne materials. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site and Services
The Site describes SwarmOne products including SwarmOptimizer and SwarmSimulator. Product access, enterprise deployments, and paid Services are governed by a separate customer agreement when one is executed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use the Site to violate law. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
Intellectual property
The SwarmOne name, logo, and Site content are owned by SwarmOne, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or a written license.
No warranty
The Site is provided as is. Benchmarks, case figures, and product descriptions are informational. Measured results such as the STAC Research 17× cost reduction are tied to the methodologies described on the Site and may not apply to every workload.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwarmOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.
